According to English dictionary; having not had enough sex recently.

And according to the free dictionary; desiring but deprived of sexual gratification.

According to the best of my knowledge sex staving is when an individual from the union of marriage is refusing the other person sex.

But in context of a wife staving her husband of sex, l see many things that could cause that. Are as follows:

1.       Protest

2.       Making herself important

3.       Quick answer

1.       Protest: such wife in other to push or press further her need to be heard by her husband of which previously she must have asked her husband to do for her, of which she see that the money is there and her husband just felt reluctant  to do for her. So she choose to stave him of sex in other to get what she wants from her husband. 

2.       Making herself  important: at this point she chose to make herself  important, she might have noticed that the connection she usually used to have with her  husband has begun to diminish to the extent now when she open her mouth to request something it is no longer done as before when they newly got wedded as husband and wife. She looks for an avenue to reconnect and make herself valuable again in the sight of her husband.

            

      Quick answer: at this stage the husband having being deprived of having  sex which he normally used to have with his wife will now start thinking what is  the reason why is wife has refused to give him the sex he wants from her. At this point what a husband should do is to go back to affirm her. She needs to feel your passion for her in your words, body language, and eyes. Tell her she’s sexy and – particularly when she makes a negative comment about herself. Before going home from work purchase that particular thing she had requested from you, greet her with a long hug and kiss before you greet the kids. Look into her eyes and don’t be in a hurry to look away and immediately present her with the surprise. When you’re out, direct your both eyes to her rather than other places. Give her a look that communicates, in a room full of people, she’s the only one you want to talk to.
